Insurance Estimates
In the event that your insurance company requires you to get a written estimate, contact us.
For many years we have dealt with insurance companies, we understand how their
appraiser works. A lot of time if an estimate is properly presented and all the costs are fully
justifiable, they will process the claim much faster.
For example, if you have damages in one area of a room, we will justify the cost of repainting
the whole room (it must match how it was prior to the damage).
We will also personally explain to the insurance company what needs to be completed.
If we perform the work, we will write the estimate for free.
