A thru Z was started in 1986 and is owned and managed by Charles Williams. Charles initially specialized in insurance related work helping businesses that needed immediate attention due to fire, flood and/or vandalism damage. mostly insurance related jobs. However, as time went on, Charles' vision for the company changed to one of providing a personalized service to individual homeowners. He saw that in these days of hurry up technology and anonymity he sees the importance of the personal touch when it involves making improvments or repairs to a person's home.

With this philosophy in mind, Charles prides himself in taking the time needed with each homeowner to not only understand their needs, but also to explain additional options. His goal is for the homeowner to have a high comfort level in his abilities and ethics.

Charles' biography:
Born in Quincy, MA, grew up in Paris, France and Lausanne Switzerland. He returned to Quincy in 1976, graduated from N. Quincy high school and attended Northeastern University. He lived in Everett, MA before moving to New Hampshire.
